Pending Due to Roster Verification

This status is assigned to all vote by mail ballots received by the Elections Office after September 12, 2021. Once all voters who cast their ballot at a polling place have been given voter history in our system, those voters will have the ballots that were mailed to them, by state law, voided. Placer County Elections will then change this status to good if the voter did not vote in a polling place and their ballot will be processed and counted. This process is in place to ensure no one can cast two ballots.
